Well all these hot springs are in Oregon, so there's the travel expense of that, but from there prices vary quite a bit. Several of the springs are free or require a $5 parking / forest park permit. The money from the permit sale is used for up keep in the forest. Of the springs listed above, these are all free: Alvord, Austin, Bagby, Bigelow, Cougar, East Lake and Paulina Lake, Fisher, Hart Mountain, Juntura, McCredie, Snively, Umpqua, and Wall Creek's Meditation Pool.

Of these, they basically break out into two categories, forest and desert setting springs.

The forest hot springs are something like this:
umpqua hot springs

bagby hot springs

bigelow hot springs


And desert springs like so:

alvord desert hot springs

hart mountain hot springs

fisher hot springs
