Well all these hot springs are in Oregon, so there's the travel expense of that, but from there prices vary quite a bit. Several of the springs are free or require a $5 parking / forest park permit. The money from the permit sale is used for up keep in the forest. Of the springs listed above, these are all free: Alvord, Austin, Bagby, Bigelow, Cougar, East Lake and Paulina Lake, Fisher, Hart Mountain, Juntura, McCredie, Snively, Umpqua, and Wall Creek's Meditation Pool.
